On the rear case of the watch is an engraving of the Kremlin with Cyrillic Russian words beneath saying 'Za Zaslugi' meaning 'For Merit'. The face of the watch is a typical Molnija engrave ornate style with separate second dial and Roman Numerals around the edge.
