Molnija Russian Winter Scene

A wonderful 15 jewel manual wind mechanical watch that shows a Russian Winter Scene, depicted in Blue and Polished Chrome relief on the opener. This model is hand painted and truly gives the appearance of a cold Siberian day with the pine trees and two birds taking flight into the cold blue frosty sky. The back of the watch is covered in Blue and Chrome leaves and is very well detailed and rather beautiful. The watch face is typical of this style being stylishly white with ornate minute and hour hand also with offset second hand and 12/24 black hour numbering around the edge.
