Not at all. We will deliver any sized order subject to stock availability.

9. What if my items arrived damaged?

If you receive your order damaged, please email sales@funkymonkeygifts.co.uk immediately and we will arrange for return and replacement of the items. You should contact us as soon as the item is delivered to inform us of the damage.

You may return any item purchased for a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of delivery to you. This may only be done by first contacting Funky Russian Watches by email & requesting a returns authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference.

If you change your mind then goods may be returned within the 7 days cooling off period. You may be required to cover the cost of the return postage.

Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return as we are not liable for lost items in the post.

Please note that all returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions, but these do not affect your statutory rights.

For items that are not broken and wish to be returned the following policy applies.

1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable
5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
6. Cost of postage will not be refunded.
7. We do not accept responsibility for glassware or items damaged by the delivery service.
8. Finally, refunds absolutly cannot be made after 60 days from initial order under no circumstances.
9. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.
